What To Do...

To order on arrival to resort, call +33 (0)479080544. We operate outside normal shop hours. So no matter how early or late you arrive, we are always on hand to get you fitted and ready to hit the slopes.

If you have pre-ordered, when you arrive in resort your equipment will be waiting in your accommodation, or be prepared and waiting for your call.

When you arrive in resort, ask a member of your chalet staff or phone us yourself on +33 (0)479080544. We will send a technician around to make any adjustments and to set your bindings if you have brought your own boots.

At any point during your holiday please feel free to contact us if you are less than 100% satisfied with your equipment, or if you would simply like to try a different piece of rental equipment. We’ll gladly make any changes to make sure you are getting the most from your holiday.

Please contact us before 18:00 local time on +33 (0)47080544 so we can make the change in the evening or first thing in the morning.

We can make any refunds or surplus adjustments by credit card over the phone, or cash at the shop. If you prefer we can send one of our payment clerks around to your chalet to complete payment during the week.

Fantastic service. Delivery of kit to the chalet was in the late evening because of travel delays. Great communication throughout. Kit first class, some brand new. Ski edges sharp. Careful professional boot fitting. Nothing too much trouble. My daughter’s boot started to rub on day 2. Someone (Marcus) came up to the chalet with a replacement the same night. Collection and return simple. Best ever ski hire experience. Will use next year. Also good value compared to other companies
