Simon and his team provided exceptional service! The convenience of delivering to my Chalet was great. After the first day of skiing, I wished to switch skis , ( longer and more stiff) and they came that night and traded them. So easy and efficient!

Fantastic service. Delivery of kit to the chalet was in the late evening because of travel delays. Great communication throughout. Kit first class, some brand new. Ski edges sharp. Careful professional boot fitting. Nothing too much trouble. My daughter’s boot started to rub on day 2. Someone (Marcus) came up to the chalet with a replacement the same night. Collection and return simple. Best ever ski hire experience. Will use next year. Also good value compared to other companies

I had such a good experience renting skis from Whitestorm in Le Praz. The team there was super friendly and made everything so easy. The equipment was in great condition, skis had obviously been serviced recently because the edges were sharp which made ice skiing much easier. The whole process was quick and hassle-free. I’ll definitely be coming back next time. Highly recommend if you’re skiing in the area.

5* service! Our skis were delivered to our chalet and measured up against our boot while we were out exploring the town. Took so much stress out of the holiday. We also had access to a locker by the lifts meant no walking in our boots/carrying our skis. 100% recommend.

White Storm is amazing! We stayed at 1650 and had our skis, boots, helmet, and jacket and pants delivered with the mobile service. It was super easy and efficient. They bring a couple sizes to be sure things work and certainly any information you can share about body measurements and preferences for all items is appreciated and helpful. I provided my body measurements for the jacket and pants and had no issues with the items fitting, it was so nice not to have them in my suitcase and just use them when I needed them. I did end up needed my boots changed after the first day so I skied over to 1850 and was helped very quickly into a much better fitting pair. The more you know about what you need (I’m a beginner) then the better the mobile service will work for you. Every single staff member we interacted with was knowledgeable and kind. I had a much better second day skiing in the new boots the second day and we ended up returning all of our stuff to 1850 so that we could tell the team how much we enjoyed this service. Highly recommend!

A fantastic rental experience for a great price! We were a group of 8 who rented with White Storm Meribel and the team came to fit us in our chalet and picked up the gear on departure. We also had one snowboard and one pair of skis that needed a tune up and these were also picked up and returned within a few hours. Big shoutout to Harry for all the help! Would definitely rent from White Storm again.

An absolute gem in 1850. Warm friendly atmosphere with staff who could not have been more helpful. My own ski boots were fitted perfectly to a good quality pair of intermediate skis. The staff expertly fitted my family’s ski boots explaining clearly each stage. The equipment was competitively priced and excellent quality so the whole ski trip felt relaxed confident in the knowledge that the team were on hand to help if we needed support with the equipment. Lovely atmosphere I. The shop made me less apprehensive and staff who could speak good French and English was a bonus . Would definitely return and use their services.

Absolutely outstanding skis and service, super easy and the best staff in the 3 valleys. We needed to hand skis back to the wrong shop after one of our group injured themselves, not only were they more than happy to, they were unbelievably helpful with advice for hospital and insurance.
Could not recommend them highly enough.
